Lydia Homan and Alixe Tobin are our co-presenters and the co-founders of Spark Insights. As self proclaimed "farmers", working in corporate Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations roles, they now find themselves building a business. And that means they are now responsible for the entire sales lifecycle - from lead generation to hunting and to farming. But they are up for the challenge and have jumped in with both feet!
Spark Insights is a sales advisory firm that focuses on improving their client’s sales conversations. Their methodology is based on an observational assessment approach that allows them to measure the consistency and quality of client-facing conversations, exposing messaging and skill gaps. As a result, coaching efforts can be laser-focused on strengthening the gaps by team and seller.
The Business Challenge
In today’s market of technology that does just about everything and the explosion of AI, Lydia and Alixe are looking for insights about how they can effectively position their service offering against, or as a complement to, the AI and technology-based services that exist today. Additionally, they are seeking insight to effective marketing techniques that can help them widen their customer reach and effectively get their message out to into the market.
