This month we are excited to host a retail focused company and a product that each and every one of us might be using this time next year!

Our Presenter:

Our presenter is Cool Woman, Kristen Miller of InMotion Albums. InMotion considers themselves the Tesla Model X for next generation pictures and videos within the billion-dollar photo book market.  They have the world's first and only patented, interactive p ring, digital and video memory book, offering users a one-of-a-kind experience to relive their memories though images, sounds and videos.  Users rave that engaging with an InMotion album is "pure joy"!

Her Business Challenge:

Kristen and her partner Lucas Miller will be presenting their product, channel strategy, and market vision for InMotion - with an eye and ear for feedback on fundraising and productization resources.  They are looking for early stage funding from people who invest in consumer and digital consumer products.   They are also needing to connect with experienced product managers who can help them produce the InMotion Album in Colorado (or at least domestically) during their early stages of market validation and distribution.  Ideally they are looking for someone who understands both SaaS delivery models and the product and operational requirements to support them.

Please join us for an interesting and engaging discussion about retail channel product readiness and fundraising.

This Month's Reviewers:

Dana Spaulding: As Founder and CEO of Wander & Ivy, an organic, single serve wine company, Dana brings retail startup experience to our review panel. Her 7 years with J.P. Morgan's Private Bank managing assets for ultra-high net worth families gives her unique insight into the investment decision-making process.  Dana not only has a great big, beautiful brain, but she also has taste. She is a certified level II Sommelier and accomplished dancer.

Jamie Adler:  One of coolest women and the ultimate business builder, Jamie brings extensive startup, product and management experience to tonight's panel.  She's raised money, defined strategies, launched products, and managed business operations.  Her last private venture, before entering the world of non-profits with NCWIT, was with a SaaS-based, consumer investment service, The Elevation Group.  In addition to her other business management  responsibilities, she managed product development, delivery and profitability.

Liz Coker: Liz is a closet geek, wrapped in marketers clothing.  Prior to her work on 4 internet data privacy patents and her current health IT startup, 3PHealth, Liz spent the majority of her career helping technology businesses and entrepreneurs define and execute their go-to-market strategies.  With roots in distribution and product marketing, she has worked in value-add and retail indirect channels and OEM, Online, and Enterprise direct channels.

As always, please forward along this invitation to anyone you think may be interested in this space or thinking about presenting in the future.  While Profit Matters supports front-range women entrepreneurs, we welcome the support and attendance of all our female and male colleagues. Please help us spread the word!
