Growing a Business on a Shoestring Budget

Wednesday, July 12th at 5:30

This month’s presenter is Christy Palazzo, Co-Founder and EVP of Business Development for Compass3.   Compass3 was built to help organizations unleash the power of their people and drive profits through enhanced employee productivity. myCompass is the only Employee Engagement as a Service platform in the market today. It's robust, scalable and cost-effective – and it delivers measurable results.

Christy’s Challenge:  Compass3 is growing and Christy must decide whether to keep on bootstrapping by bringing in minimal funding and grow more slowly or do a larger raise and give up more equity.  She is also looking for suggestions on people to reach out too.  She is looking for insight on the best (and most affordable) business development tools, such as CRM and mailing systems, and if you know of great interns who are looking for experience.

This month's Rockstar Review Panel:

Melodie Reagan:  Owner of Crazy Good Marketing and i2i Workforce.  Melodie is a serial entrepreneur, master connector, and on top of all the latest productivity tools for getting stuff done.  Forget Beau.  Melodie knows growth (and growing pains)

Jamie Adler:  Business builder and entrepreneur. Jamie is the bolt to tech startup nuts and excels at using technology to improve processes and lives. Big company and small, VC funded and bootstrapped.  Jamie's been there and done that.

Sally Hatcher:  Co-founder of MBio Diagnostics.  Sally is a serial entrepreneur, attorney, health advocate and advisor to the Blackstone Entrepreneurs network.  Sally tells it like it is and knows how to grow a business.
