This month’s presenter is Alicia Yanik, Co-Founder of Ohos, an easy to use, and effective approach for performance management.  Ohos is a leading-edge people analytics platform built on social intelligence. Ohos helps build better careers and places to work through better feedback and actionable data. Ohos SaaS solution helps teams and managers get more direct and timely information and results in improved performance and results.  Ohos is getting early traction with small to medium progressive companies and organizations, and is seeking investment in an angel round.  Investors will need to understand how Ohos will be successful with larger organizations and more traditional HR organizations in order to have sufficient investor interest.  See a quick video about Ohos to understand how performance management could really work better:  http://www.myohos.com/overview/

Alicia’s Challenge:  Ohos needs evidence of successful market approach and traction with larger, entrenched companies and organizations.  She needs feedback on their pitch and approach to market.
